Robots for packing lines
Many arms.
One brain.
We are building a robot with four arms on one column. It rolls up to your conveyor and packs, kits and sorts next to your team.
Contributors from
01 · Arrive
It drives up to your line.
Its wheels can move it sideways, so it parks right beside the conveyor. Nothing is bolted to the floor, and it plugs into a power socket.
02 · Pack
Four arms on a moving belt.
The upper and lower arms take turns on the same items and trays while the belt keeps running. The motion you see comes from our line simulation.
03 · Platform
Stack it when you need more hands.
The base robot has four arms. Each module you add on top brings two more arms with their own computer, so the robot grows upward and keeps the same spot on the floor.
The M4 has four arms on one column, and all four can work on the same carton. One arm can hold a carton open while two others fill it.
The M6 adds a module with two more arms. They can feed the arms below them or take on a job of their own.
The M8 adds one more module and two more arms. You could use them for returns or for orders with several items while the base keeps packing.
04 · Comparison
We put the effort into hands.
Most packing work happens at one spot on a line, where the same motions repeat all day. So we gave our robot more arms and more cameras, and wheels instead of legs.
05 · Service
Rent it instead of buying it.
We rent our robots out, so there is no capital purchase to get approved. You can add or return modules as your volumes change.
- 01Roll in
The robot arrives in one piece and rolls off the truck on its own wheels. We set it up ourselves, so you do not need an integrator or a robotics team of your own.
- 02Teach
We train it at your station with your operator, on the products you actually pack.
- 03Adjust
When the job changes, we train it on the new one. When your volume changes, you can add or hand back modules or move the robot to another station.
Contact
Let’s talk about a pilot.
Tell us which station is hardest to staff or changes most often, and we will show you what a pilot there would look like. We are starting with a small number of pilot sites, and a pilot needs no capital spend from you.
